Workplace Violence - Individual Response Training -Active Shooter-
When most people think or consider Workplace Violence, this term evokes images of an armed, disgruntled employee, customer or estranged spouse who attacks and shoots selectively or indiscriminately at employees, supervisors and managers. According to the Workplace Violence Research Institute, workplace violence is any act against an employee that creates a hostile work environment and negatively affects the employee, either physically or psychologically. These acts range from threats, intimidation and other forms of verbal harassment to physical assaults and much worse.
ESP introduces a proactive approach which addresses a persons ability to use unarmed defense training as a last line of protection for these worse case scenarios. This unarmed defense against weapons training program is specifically designed for such a threat or this type of workplace incident. Survival Training for Hostile Environments and Remote Locations
Enhanced Security Professionals provides a real-life, scenario based survival training program to media types, journalists, filmmakers, documentary groups, adventure seekers or frequent business travelers. As the course title states, this program is for hostile and non-permissive environments in sometimes remote locations for a particular project or assignment. Training incorporates many types of mock scenarios needed for a particular group or individual. Enhanced Security Professionals provides supplemental defense training for private security staff working as security guards, a doorman or event security. These types of venues and scenarios create dangerous circumstances where staff must deal with patrons who have little regard for authority and others around them. Staff members are faced with aggressive complaints and combative subjects which may or may not be armed. This defense training will not only sharpen their current skill sets but provide new approaches and techniques to deal with the general public and ensure the safety of the patrons and the establishment.
The Appropriate "Use of Force" and Control MUST LEGALLY BE FOLLOWED to protect the disruptive individual, while simultaneously protecting the establishment for eventual law enforcement intervention. Business Owners, Event Coordintors, Promoters, VIP Security Staff and Venue support staff are all encouraged to attend this training.

Domestic Violence Instructor Certification
ESP's Domestic Violence Instructor Certification course is modeled after the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Defense (DV) training programs. Our program has been provided to many advocacy groups and agencies as a proactive approach to the domestic violence problem. It will not only develop beginning Instructors new to this field but also provide new training for Instructors ("train the trainer") currently working in the advocacy, activist and group seminar aspect. Our program will enhance the skills of business leaders tasked with delivering domestic violence related subject matter to the corporate workplace. The program is scenario based and has a major roleplayer aspect. Additionally, the course provides personal defense, immediate action and triggers for a confrontation in our roleplayer settings. This program is not set up just as a classroom or academic setting.
Candidates attending will also spend classroom time covering related topics such as The Dynamics of Domestic Violence, Law Enforcement Intervention and Determining the Predominant Aggressor. This course may also be beneficial to students who represent law enforcement, prosecution, victim advocacy, probation, courts and other law enforcement professionals tasked with training agencies in domestic violence prevention. Candidates who have prior training in responding to domestic violence crimes is a plus.
