ESP provides a Security Consultant Selection Course for new candidates and current security professionals who seek employment with ESP in high risk environments worldwide.
ESP requires that all PSD teams and individual security consultants work from the same playbook. However, often times, tactical and technical procedures differ from each branch of the military, government organizations and individual field experiences. We are looking for quality team players and leaders in the industry of professional security services. This course will ensure that each candidate meets high standards of industry professionalism needed to secure employment with ESP. Upon successful completion of the SCSC, certification will be provided as a candidate’s qualification mark and considered for possible employment as an ESP security consultant. The SCSC course is demanding and you can fail at any time during training. Any candidate who fails to qualify at any point in the course will be dropped and sent home immediately. The remaining tuition cost will not be refunded. Only serious candidates should apply for this training program. There is no guarantee of employment after training. Control Tactics Instructor Certification | |

Enhanced Security Professionals now provides to qualified civilians, military personnel and law enforcement professionals our Control Tactics Instructor certification program. Our program is modeled after The Law Enforcement Control Tactics Instructor Training Program (LECTITP). This is a physically demanding and 4 Day intensive training program. Our course will provide instruction on techniques used in controlling compliant and non-compliant suspects, weapon recovery, and intermediate weapons. At the conclusion of this program, each student will be able to develop and instruct a program for their agency or unit.
NOTE: Enhanced Security Professionals will provide Employment Opportunities to either currently qualified candidates or candidates who successfully complete the instructor certification course.

IED Countermeasure and Discovery Training | |

Our IED/VBIED countermeasure and discovery training program teaches individual students and teams to detect and possibly defeat IED/VBIED/s, assess the risks to facilities of vehicle born attacks, implement procedures to harden facilities and protocols for examining vehicles entering and leaving the area of operations. Course may also be provided as a refresher course. Training has included: Marine Corps, U.S ARMY, DHS, CBP, Law Enforcement units and State Port Authorities. IED/VBIED 3 Days $850 |
Convoy - Defensive Driver Training | |

Our Driver Training program may be customized for military security convoys and private sedan motorcade operations. It includes firing from the vehicle, ambush avoidance scenarios, tactical operations in urban and rural environments, emergency driving procedures, tactical unit response, ramming, controlled skidding, dismounting protocols and much more.
