Applicants must be able to pass a complete and extensive background investigation, (DCII) Defense Central Intelligence Index and a (NCIC) National Crime Information Center.
To gain employment within ESP as a corporate employee, security consultant, course instructor,
lecturer or emergency responder is as follows:
Step One: Indicate the position and/or Tier Level which you qualify.
Step Two: Please email our Corporate Headquarters a ONE PAGE resume with three (3) references to Admin@esppro5.com with EMPLOYMENT only in the subject line. Failure to do this will result in disqualification.
Step Three: If there is further interest and openings available from ESP, you will be sent an employment package to complete. Return instructions will be posted on the packet to ensure it is delivered to the proper ESP Department.
Step Four: An ESP Recruiting Officer will review your employment package and a tentative
employment offer will be extended, pending successful completion of Step Five (see below).
Step Five: All applicants MUST successfully meet standards and/or complete training requirements (PFT, weapons qualifications, pre-deployment workup, physical exams, background check ect.)
NOTE 1: For those working in sensitive security positions you may be required to receive security
clearances. Employment with ESP concerning these positions will depend upon successful approval.
NOTE 2: As a professional you are expected to have required medical shots and passport information in order. You are also responsible for drug testing fees. If you are not contacted after forty-five (45) days then there is not a current opening for your skill set. Your resume and documentation will be retained by ESP for one year, during which, if an opening does present itself you will be contacted again.
