Emergency Response
Assistance & Intervention
Our Assistance and Intervention Mission
Enhanced Security Professionals will provide expert personnel assistance and the intervention of rapid repsonse teams at many levels while working with domestic and foreign governments.  We may also coordinate with other experienced experts and resources in order to alleviate the effects of a disaster or incident during the first few crucial days.  Our capabilities including search and rescue, hazardous material, swift boat rescue, building collapse, rope rescue, emergency medical services and temporary shelter services.

ESP has also provided civil protection assistance in coordination with NATO and government agencies concerning a variety of unexpected natural and man-made disasters.  This pertains to situations where there may be an imminent threat of civil unrest, civil disorder or foreign political instability due to such an unpredictable event or disaster.

Which disasters can ESP respond and assist?
This list of natural disasters and possible incident is endless: earthquakes, floods, forest fires, storms, tsunamis, hazardous material spills and then combating the effects of possible terrorist attack due to these events.  The full disaster cycle – prevention, preparedness, response and recovery – are taken into consideration by ESP for any type of disaster, be it natural or man-made.

When any type of catastrophe strikes, it is important to quickly know what kind of experts are needed and who can provide these services rapidly.  Enhanced Security Professionals has provided immediate and well coordinated relief assistance for a number of major global disasters:  Asian tsunami in December 2004, Hurricane Katrina 2005, the Earthquakes of Haiti and Chile in 2010, Earthquake in L'Aquila (Italy) in April 2009, as well as for major flooding events and forest fires.  ESP experts have also responded to toxic chemical spills and oil spill accidents:  2006: Philippines (oil spill), 2006: Ivory Coast (toxic spill), 2007: South Korea (oil spill), 2007: Black Sea (oil spill), 2010: Gulf of Mexico - U.S. (oil spill).

Training and/or Exchange of Experts
An effective response to a natural or manmade disaster requires three types of proactive countermeasures that our company protocols follow:  current subject matter - training courses, simulation - exercise training and the constant exchange of experts.  Our goal is to dramatically improve personal response competency and ensure compatibility between our intervention teams and authorities from different participating states.  By strengthening these particular categories, ESP can contribute positively to the effectiveness of emergency assistance.
