Enhanced Security Professionals TacMed Training programs are provided by our experienced combat medical practitioners in the realm of the most current Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) practices. We have mobilized the best combat medics and TCCC Instructors to deliver a highly effective medical training cadre ready for any operational level. Course training is available for:  Qualified Citizens, Operators, EMT B/I/P, First Responders, Physicians, Physician Assistants, Fire Fighters, Military & Law Enforcement Personnel, Government Agencies, NGO's or private business.  Our TacMed Training programs may be Hosted by a Sponsor at any location worldwide and will truly contribute to your overall operational safety and individual success in any environment.
 
 
When Hosting ESP's TacMed Training programs, our company will provide exceptional, veteran instructional staff for all training selected. Administrative and Logistical concerns will be handled in cooperation with our company and the Sponsor concerning meals, housing, classroom, government per diem, product purchase, travel and invoicing. Cooperative Hosting with ESP will result in a turn-key product for any individual or organization.
 
 

Operational Combat Trauma Course (OCTC)

This advanced course of instruction is designed to present you with challenging and cutting edge combat medical training. All of these lessons learned from the battlefield may be applied to various types of unexpected disasters and first responder events. This type of medical training is vital to mitigate the loss of life when an incident occurs. We are dedicated in training you to effectively save the life of a "Warfighter" using operational emergency medical care, understanding unique military wounding and understanding the pre-hospital environment.

The Final Day will involve field training exercises which will bring together all skills learned from training. Building muscle memory, to rely on, is critical for mission success. The student will participate as a team member involving rural and urban hostile actions.

ESP's TacMed Training programs follow the Department of Defense, Joint Special Operations Medical Training Center (JSOMTC), IACUC, DoD and United States Department of Agriculture Animal Use Committee protocols with on-site inspection by the JSOMTC Senior Veterinarian, in accordance with: Army Regulation 40-33; SECNAVINST 3900.38C; AFMAN 40-401(I); DARPAINST 18; USUHSINST 3203.

ESP's TacMed Training programs strictly adhere to the minimum training guidelines established by the Committee for Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC), and the Prehospital Trauma Life Support Committee (PHTLS—Military) of the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians and the Committee on Trauma of the American College of Surgeons.
